The General Embossers:

The general embosser includes two types of machines: the normal one contains a transducer-motor, and  telescopic transfiguration of the film is more than 0.2mm. The machine is always used for making hologram products on BOPP film,PET non-Located Transfer Film such as Rainbow Pattern,Pillar Of Light.

The other type is Located hot-stamping Embosser which contains servo motors with PLC and touching-screen control-panel. The measure of telescopic transfiguration can be controlled to -0.15mm~+0.15mm. It is fit for PET Located Hot stamping Label and PET Located-Transfer Film.

The seamless Embossers:

This is a kind of Hologram Embossing Machine newly developed by our company. It contains two sets of embossing equipments which use serve moters with PLC and touching-screen control panel. The measure of telescopic transfiguration of PET film which driven quantificationally by three servo motors can be controlled within -0.15mm~+0.15mm. It can greatly improve the film utility rate. This embosser can make the hologram products without gap.  K-laser company now uses it.
